UK Standard Postage will be by Hermes Tracked, UPS or Royal Mail tracked and we generally operate on a 3-5 working day service. Products to customers in the EU are sent by a range of carriers. If you live outside the EU, please contact us, and we will be pleased to offer you an attractive rate for shipping..


We always want our customers to feel comfortable dealing with us, to this end we offer peace of mind by giving you a 14 day money back guarantee on unused items. If you wish to return an item just email us with your request. Please bear in mind that the item must be returned in dispatch condition with tags and stickers still attached and all packaging intact and accompanied with all accessories and instructions.

Outside the 14 day period, if you have an item which has failed under guarantee, again email us and we will assist you. With regard to all items other than ‘bowdivision-black’ and ‘Avanzare’ bows we reserve the right to give the manufacturer final say on any faults. This does not effect your statutory rights, however it may cause a slight delay in reaching a conclusion. 

Whilst every effort is made to illustrate the products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that display of colour, texture, grain or detail of the article will be exactly the same as the supplied product. Workshops do sometimes change small physical details, mostly either decorative or due to an inevitable variance which occurs with a handmade product, and the actual product may vary slightly from the image. In no circumstances will the quality or performance be less than what is described and shown.
